How to Use the Quotation Maker ?

  1. Add your business details. Enter your business name, address, and contact details, and upload your logo if you have one.
  2. Add your client’s details. Fill in the client name, address, and email this quotation is for.
  3. Set the quotation details. Enter a quotation number, date, validity period, and choose your currency.
  4. Add line items. Click “+ Add Line Item” for each product or service, entering a description, quantity, and unit price — the amount calculates automatically.
  5. Apply tax and discount if needed. Set your tax label and rate, and add a percentage or flat discount if applicable.
  6. Add notes or terms. Use the notes field for payment terms, bank details, or any other information your client needs.
  7. Check the live preview. Review the formatted quotation on the right as you go — it updates instantly with every change.
  8. Download your PDF. Click Download PDF to generate a polished, ready-to-send quotation document.
  9. Share it. Use Share via Email or Share via WhatsApp to open a pre-filled message with your quotation summary — attach your downloaded PDF before sending, since neither platform allows a tool to attach files automatically for security reasons.
  10. Start a new quote. Click Reset All to clear the form completely and begin your next quotation from scratch.

Tip: A quotation and an invoice serve different moments in a sale — a quotation is the price estimate you send before work begins, while an invoice is the payment request you send after the work is delivered. Keep your quotation numbers and invoice numbers in separate sequences so you can track which quotes have converted into paid work.
