How it works: your name, keywords, separator, and formatting options combine to produce realistic-looking email address variations. Use Regenerate for a fresh single address, or Generate Multiple for a bulk batch — handy for testing forms, seeding sample data, or creating placeholder accounts.

Features of Email Address Generator

  • Name-based generation — builds realistic email addresses from a first name, last name, and optional keywords
  • Random keyword selection — enter several comma-separated keywords and one is picked at random for each generated address
  • 7 preset domains plus custom — gmail.com, outlook.com, company.com, and more, or enter your own domain
  • Flexible formatting — choose a dot, underscore, hyphen, or no separator between name parts
  • Optional numbers — add random digits at the end or at a random position within the address
  • Optional name prefix — include a professional-sounding prefix (mr, ms, dr, prof) for extra variety
  • Live regeneration — the address updates automatically as you adjust any option, no need to click a button for quick iteration
  • Bulk generation — create 1 to 50 unique email addresses at once
  • One-click copy — copy a single address, or the entire bulk list at once
  • 100% private — everything is generated locally in your browser; no names or data are ever sent anywhere

How to Use the Email Address Generator ?

  1. Enter a name. Type a first and last name — these form the base of the generated address.
  2. Add keywords (optional). Enter comma-separated keywords like “dev, admin, support” — one is randomly included in each generated email.
  3. Choose a domain. Pick from the preset list, or select Custom and type your own domain.
  4. Set the format. Choose a separator and decide whether to include random numbers and a name prefix.
  5. Watch it generate live. The email address at the top updates automatically as you adjust any setting.
  6. Copy a single address. Click Copy to grab the current address, or Regenerate for a fresh variation with the same settings.
  7. Generate in bulk. Set how many you need (up to 50) and click Generate Multiple to get a full list at once.
  8. Copy or clear the list. Use Copy All to grab every address, or Clear to reset and start over.

Tip: These are realistic-looking placeholder addresses meant for testing forms, seeding sample data, or filling out mockups — they aren’t real, deliverable inboxes. Don’t use generated addresses to sign up for real accounts or services.
