Features of Wire Transfer Cheat Sheet Generator
- Three transfer types in one tool — Domestic Wire (US), International Wire (SWIFT), and IBAN Transfer, with the right fields shown automatically for each
- Live preview — your cheat sheet builds itself in a clean, bank-form-style block as you fill in the fields, no button needed to see it update
- Per-field quick copy — tap the copy icon next to any single line (just the SWIFT code, just the account number) instead of copying the whole block every time
- Copy All — grab the entire formatted cheat sheet in one click, ready to paste into an email or form
- Optional intermediary/correspondent bank section — tucked away by default and only shown if you need it, so the form stays simple for the majority of transfers that don’t require one
- Download as .txt or print/save as PDF — keep a copy outside the browser for your records
- Clear All Fields — wipe every field instantly once you’re done, since this tool handles real account details
- Fully private — everything runs in your browser; nothing is saved, logged, or sent to a server, and the form resets on refresh
How to Use the Wire Transfer Cheat Sheet Generator
- Choose your transfer type. Select Domestic Wire (US), International Wire (SWIFT), or IBAN Transfer at the top — the form fields adjust to match.
- Fill in the account holder and bank details. Name, address, bank name, and bank address are used across all transfer types.
- Enter the routing details for your transfer type. Routing number and account number for domestic; SWIFT/BIC and account number for international; SWIFT/BIC and IBAN for IBAN transfers.
- Add an intermediary bank only if told to. Check “Add” under Intermediary/Correspondent Bank only if your bank specifically said the receiving bank requires one — most transfers don’t.
- Add currency and a reference if needed. Useful for transfers that require a payment reference or memo line.
- Copy what you need. Tap any individual field’s copy icon for just that value, or use Copy All to grab the entire sheet at once.
- Save a copy if you want one. Use Download .txt or Print/Save as PDF to keep an offline copy.
- Clear the form when you’re done. Since this holds real account information, use Clear All Fields before walking away from a shared or public computer.
Tip: Only share your finished cheat sheet over a channel you trust — a secure message to your sender, not a public chat, unsecured email thread, or social media. The tool keeps your data private on your end, but how you share the output afterward is up to you.
