Features of QR Code Generator

  • Four content types in one tool — generate QR codes for links, plain text, Wi-Fi networks, or contact cards (vCard) without switching tools
  • Live preview — the code updates as you type, so you can check it scans correctly before downloading
  • Adjustable size — export anywhere from 200×200 up to 1000×1000 pixels, for anything from a business card to a printed poster
  • Four error-correction levels — choose how much damage or obstruction (like a logo) the code can tolerate and still scan
  • Custom colors — match the code to your brand with custom foreground and background colors
  • Wi-Fi auto-join codes — generate a code that lets guests join your network by scanning, no typing required
  • One-tap contact cards — encode a name, company, phone, email, and website into a scannable vCard
  • Download or copy instantly — save as PNG or copy the image straight to your clipboard
  • 100% private — every code is generated locally in your browser; nothing you type is sent to a server

How to Use the QR Code Generator

  1. Choose a content type. Select Link, Text, Wi-Fi, or Contact from the tabs at the top, depending on what you want people to get when they scan.
  2. Fill in the details. For a link, paste the URL. For Wi-Fi, enter the network name, password, and security type. For a contact card, add the name and details you want saved.
  3. Adjust the settings (optional). Pick a size that fits how the code will be used, raise the error-correction level if you plan to add a logo or print it somewhere it might get scuffed, and set custom colors if you want it to match your branding.
  4. Check the live preview. The code on the right updates automatically — scan it with your own phone to confirm it works before you use it anywhere public.
  5. Download or copy. Click Download PNG to save the file, or Copy image to paste it directly into a document, slide, or design tool.
